Two stories, one home by the Mediterranean.
We are a young international couple: he is Italian, from Rome, and she is Ukrainian, from Kharkiv. We met in Moscow and spent many years of our life together in Berlin. But it was in Cefalù that our love blossomed and this place became part of our story.
For us, Cefalù means happiness: sunlight on the sea, a walk through the narrow streets, time spent together on a terrace. Here we found a beauty that continues to move us, and that we want to share with everyone who visits.
CefalHome grew out of this connection. We want to welcome you into homes that capture the spirit of Sicily, combining local character with the care and comfort we look for on our own travels. Thoughtfully prepared apartments, memorable views and little details designed to make you feel on holiday from the moment you arrive.
A personal story. A shared commitment.
Around our vision of hospitality, we have brought together a team of people and professionals who share our care for homes and the people who stay in them. Our local presence allows us to look after each property and coordinate the day-to-day work.
Guest welcome and local support
Our local staff and collaborators look after guests, coordinate arrivals and assist with requests during their stay. A point of contact close to both our homes and our guests.
Cleaning and housekeeping
Cleaning and linen professionals prepare each apartment between stays. Cleanliness, comfort and attention to detail are part of the welcome we offer.
Maintenance and technical support
Maintenance specialists, gardeners, electricians, plumbers and skilled tradespeople help us care for the properties. We coordinate routine work and respond to unexpected maintenance needs.
Photography and communication
Photographers and communication specialists capture the spaces, views and character of each home. We carefully prepare images and content to present every property clearly and consistently.
Real estate partners
We work with real estate professionals to support those looking to buy, enhance a property or develop a project in Cefalù.
Legal, tax and technical expertise
Our network includes independent legal, tax and technical professionals. We coordinate consultations with specialists according to the needs of each project.
Everyone contributes to what matters most to us: welcoming guests with care and looking after every home. Our international experience has taught us to understand different needs and ways of life; our local presence allows us to turn that understanding into thoughtful, practical support.
Whether you spend your days by the sea, discover Cefalù’s history or simply relax in the sunshine, we hope you find a little of what we found here: joy, peace of mind and a place you will want to return to.
